In 1981, David H. Kisser, CFP
and Cheryl A. Kisser founded Assured Investment Planners, Inc.
Over the years it became one of Michigan’s most successful
full-service financial planning firms.
The idea for founding The AIP
Group originated from their own “less than stellar”
experiences with other national brokerage firms. These firms
did not provide the adequate service, knowledge or personal
attention that Assured Investment Planners deserved. Both David
and Cheryl perceived a void in our business and have since then
capitalized on it through the creation of The AIP Group.

AIP GROUP
The AIP Group was founded by David and Cheryl
Kisser in 1991 with one simple premise – to offer the
individual producer the most competitive insurance products,
the best compensation and more importantly, the service and
back-room support you deserve.
Not only have David and Cheryl created one
of the fastest growing national brokerage firms, but they have
also expanded their financial service firm to over 20 in-house
representatives. Because of their continued commitment to both
projects, The AIP Group has not lost touch with how important
your business is to you.
They believe in partnering with you by offering
selling systems and lead generating opportunities. AIP knows
if your business grows, so will theirs. This concept of helping
agents grow lead to the creation of the AIP Marketing Alliance,
to help other marketing companies expand as well.

AIP
MARKETING ALLIANCE
AIP Marketing Alliance was
formed in 2000 in an effort to provide independent marketing
companies access to a broad portfolio of annuity, life and long
term care products. Members of AIP Marketing Alliance enjoy
access to the portfolio without the validation typically required
to maintain each carrier contract separately. Our goal is not
to change your organization, but to enhance operations, allowing
you to get to the bank more often with less overhead.
Currently, the AIP Marketing
Alliance is comprised of members from all over the country.
Founded by David Kisser and overseen by Bill Jones, former Senior
Marketing Officer of AIG, American General, AIP Marketing Alliance
is positioned for rapid expansion and significant growth over
the next decade.
