1. Referral must submit an application of $10,000 or more.
2. The bonus does not apply for agents where the referring agent receives an override.
3. Agent referral must be placed under the same NMO as referring agent.
4. Referred agent must be contracted and submit 1st paid piece of business within 6 months of our receipt of referral form.
