Del began his insurance career in 1969 when he returned from the military. Since that time he has owned and managed his own marketing company for 29 years while maintaining a private practice of approximately 100 clients. Today Del is the owner of The AIP Group – Cincinnati and The AIP Group – South; and serves as a National Director for these territories.
As a mentor he has helped others to better understand the concepts used in a no-sales workshop; introducing his associates to the soft-sale method to help cultivate trust and confidence with clients and prospects.
Del received his education in accounting from Youngstown University. Recently he has embraced current social media philosophy for marketing; helping agencies develop their prospect and client base.

Keith has been in the Insurance Industry for over 16 years. During that time he field-trained over 200 agents and was a Platinum Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors from 2001-2004.
Additional credits include: being in the top 10% of agents from 2005-2006 with Jackson National Life;
a Platinum Advisor with Allianz in 2007-2008; and in the Directors Club with Midland National Life
in 2008.
Keith has helped create National Marketing Programs that are used all across the United States. He is happily married and has two wonderful daughters. |

Lance Morrow entered the insurance industry in 1984 selling group and individual health insurance. In 1990 he transitioned into annuities and estate planning where he pioneered the seminar as his prime marketing tool. He went on to become the General Manager of two agencies responsible for recruiting and training hundreds of agents before establishing his own annuity/estate planning agency.
He developed a unique expertise in the use of annuities for Long Term Care Planning and designed what would become known as Medicaid Friendly annuities. As word got out of this specialized area of planning, agents from all over the country sought him out for help; soon his retail agency developed into a niche wholesale marketing organization. His company; Landmark Financial Group, LLC; became its primary carrier’s number one marketing group eight years in a row with over four thousand contracted agents. Many of those agents, under his tutelage became millionaires. In 2013 he became associated with The AIP Group as a Regional Wholesaler allowing him to bring agents a full array of top products and effective marketing programs.
